Most reliable sources I've looked in say that this genus contains only 3 species, but I've found references to four rather consistently on the Net. Further, the current Flora Brasiliensis project lists quite a few additional species. Does anyone know about the current state of taxonomy for this genus? --EncycloPetey 02:20, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
