Reliable source??
editThe paragraph about Daly's weight loss cites www.starling-fitness.com as a source. While the web site does indeed mention the purported fact in the article, the website does not appear to be a reliable source to me. The 'after' picture looks like the type found in tabloid newspapers which are not considered reliable sources for wikipedia. Is there are more reliable source or should I remove the reference? 144.15.115.165 21:55, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
Returning to Air During Strike
editIts certainly worth mentioning that Carson returned to the air before the other late night hosts during the current writers guild strike, but the way it was described in the article (Carson "breaking the WGA" with a joke hotline, which was clearly a joke) was disingenuous at best. I deleted the whole section and will let someone else worry about fixing it. 75.75.116.171 (talk) 06:57, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
Misspelling in article
edit"vignette" the last word in the TV Show section is misspelled. I can't edit it because I don't have a wikipedia account. CT
My name is Earl
editI only knew about Carson Daly becase of My name is Earl, in which Earl learns about Karma (erroneously) from seeing a short clip of Carson Daly being interviewed. Is Carson Daly a Buddhist? Should this be included on the page? Carson Daly plays such a role in that program, shouldn't it be mentioned here? 86.143.22.237 (talk) 14:55, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- There has been no reliable source that has been provided that would support the inclusion in the article. If you have one, feel free to link it here. TheRedPenOfDoom (talk) 16:09, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
Why so little info?
editCarson has made a ton of accomplishments over his career. Lots of his credits arent mentioned. Lots of his ancillary businesses arent mentioned. Lots of his personal appearences aren't listed. I'll slowly add info over time but I think its best if I'm not the only one expanding his profile so hopefully I can receive some help from others out there (Movieman2008 (talk) 22:49, 3 January 2009 (UTC)).
Shocked there still hasn't been more info added on him. He has done alot of notable things in his career so really hope someone takes the time to have his page reflect this — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.71.25.198 (talk) 23:27, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Carson Daly
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Carson Daly's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 05:45, 6 January 2014 (UTC)
