editThis page is awful. Its like it was written by a friend of his. There are too many statements in this article without references to back them up. I am going to try to start a new page, but that will mean a lot of blank space since there are no references for anything in this article. The first paragraph on the page doesn't even make sense.--99.177.250.140 (talk) 20:16, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
I am removing statements with no references
editI am removing statements like
The toxicity of AZT is now well documented.
We shall never know whether or not the Hodgkin's lymphoma that killed him in 2009 was AIDS-related.
His videos went live on YouTube in March 2008 to an overwhelmingly positive response and are now recommended by HIV/AIDS advocacy organisations all over the world.
There are many, many more statements like these with no references so this page is going to look bare bones until someone can help me re-write it. There are cite-ref tags everywhere so I am going to remove anything that doesn't have a source.--99.177.250.140 (talk) 20:28, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
- "We shall never know whether or not the Hodgkin's lymphoma that killed him in 2009 was AIDS-related." Oh, really? We certainly do know that your having AIDS, in not so many words, basically means, that you are losing your T cells due to a virus - didn't you know it? So therefore, without any immune system, almost anything the victim dies from is "AIDS related", and that is so obvious, it should go without saying in the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.228.2.51 (talk) 15:18, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
