Clean up
editI have had a go at tidying this article and as matter of courtesy I'll explain why I have removed some content. I don't think a brief power cut which caused minimal disruption for an hour needs to be mentioned (WP:IINFO). The list of shops which were re-opened and on what date following the car park problem is too much unimportant detail - this article needs more about Castlepoint's design/layout and history.
