Name Change

edit

Why was the name of this article (and its associated Talk page) changed from Cavan-Monaghan, Ontario (with a hyphen) to Cavan–Monaghan (with an en dash)? I don't care about losing the Ontario, but the change from a hyphen to an en dash seems odd when the rest of the article uses a hyphen in the name of the township. My mistake. Ontario can be confusing with its mergers and uses of dashes and hyphens - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 18:44, 6 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
Why have you renamed this page and its talk page again? As befotre, the rest of the articvle does not use an endahs in the name. A quick online search findsI no official sites that use an endah. Please don't change the name again without giving a reason, and don't mark such a change as minor.Meters (talk) 00:40, 20 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Sorry again, I forgot that it was this one and I just moved the page. Looking over the official site, the hyphen doesn't seem to be correct either... Should be Cavan Monaghan by the looks of it. - ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 03:18, 20 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
It looked to me also like it should not have either mark. Do you want to move it? Meters (talk) 03:17, 22 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
