Queen Charlotte's disapproval
editI have removed the reference to Queen Charlotte's disapproval of the marriage. Queen Charlotte had died in 1818, thirteen years before the marriage took place. Peter symonds 10:30, 17 June 2007 (UTC)
Arms
editThe text refers to an escutcheon, but surely she would have borne hers on a lozenge. Robin S. Taylor (talk) 08:42, 17 March 2017 (UTC)
Second wife
editI have changed reference to her being his second his wife. The marriage was in contravention on the Royal marriages act and was thus legally void.
