I purchased their Liquid Glass PRO+ on November 1, 2018 when I purchased my phone. I registered my warranty the same day. It’s supposed to protect your glass and if you glass breaks within a year they will give you up to $300 to repair it. I submitted a couple of claims. The 2nd attempt was April 1, 2019. They never responded. I’ve tried using their app which directs me to a call 877-310-5923, which then directs me to email oemclaims@lotsolutions.com. This is where I sent the request information of my receipt, name and number.

I have called their 844-651-2320 number where I waited for an extensive amount of time. I got a representative who pretends to search for my information. They purposely read back information incorrectly to delay the process and frustrate the customer. They he pretends to not find my information or a warranty for me. He asks for a registration or policy number, but that information was not included in the warranty registration confirmation email that they sent me. He then asked me to look in the cellhelmet app, but that information is not in there either. He then transfers me to corporate where I get an answering machine that tells me no one is available to take my call and that I should go to the cellhelmet website. If you call 412-610-0692 you get the same result. I’ve called a few times and always get the same response. The process is designed to discourage you and make you feel helpless. The product is bad and they do not stand by their warranty by making the consumer feel lost and helpless. I lost $75 on this product and lots of precious time.
