I shall be reviewing this against the GA criteria as part of a GAN sweep. I'll leave some comments soon. JAGUAR 22:26, 19 April 2016 (UTC)
Initial comments
edit- The lead needs to be expanded to summarise the article per WP:LEADLENGTH
- "was a cricket ground in Hastings, Sussex" - East Sussex
- "following which Priory Meadow Shopping Centre was built on the site" - might sound better as following the construction of Priory Meadow Shopping Centre on the site
- I think the last three paragraphs in the Cricket history section could be merged into one or two larger paragraphs, in order to improve prose flow
- "In 1869, the ground hosted an archery meeting for the Royal St. Leonards Archers" - the following paragraph should be merged into this
- "fell 60 feet to his death" - convert to metric
- "In September 1922, the ground held a Grand Fete, to raise money to repair the tower of Blacklands Church" - this sentence can be merged into the next paragraph
I'll leave this on hold until all of the above is dealt with. The lead needs to be expanded to summarise the article, that's the main thing. JAGUAR 14:39, 20 April 2016 (UTC)

edit- The lead has been increased from 373 to 1089 characters- I believe this meets WP:LEADLENGTH, which says it should be 1-2 paragraphs.
- Changed Sussex to East Sussex.
- Been reworded.
- I've changed the flow a lot, so now it has all the Hastings Festivals content in one place, and the rest after. Also made fewer paragraphs by combining small paragraphs together.
- Merged paragraphs.
- Added the convert for 60ft.
- Merged paragraphs.
Jaguar I've made the proposed changes, let me know what you think. Joseph2302 (talk) 17:26, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
- Thanks! That's looking much better now. Promoted JAGUAR 19:20, 20 April 2016 (UTC)
