Didn't the (Chater) station go into service as part of the Kwun Tong Line in the very beginning? And by the way did the Pedder Station (which is actually beneath Des Vœux Road Central instead of West) go into service together with Sheung Wan (or Western Market) Station? — Instantnood 18:50, Jun 14, 2005 (UTC)

About the Tsuen Wan Line platforms

edit

To 68.33.194.218,

Please stop modifying the presentation of Tsuen Wan Line platforms of Central station. Since the platforms share the same island platform and are both northbound, there is no need to seperate the platforms into 2 lines.

Entrance/Exit?

edit

MTR officially name the doors "exits", not "entrance/exits". I'm going to revert that. --Deryck C. 15:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Also, could someone add the exit locations, please? Wiki is quick to load, the other MTR websites are riddled with outside objects being called and takes ages to load, that's why I came here to check out the exit locations. There are several J and K exits, for example. The photograph is too generalised. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 223.18.126.235 (talk) 08:26, 4 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Is it possible

edit

To modify the style of the bus route presentation so it looks more like a paragraph instead of a list? Deryck C. 08:48, 9 November 2005 (UTC)Reply

Well, being the person who added the transport connections in the first place, I will explain the layout. Well, the purpose of that section is to inform the general public which buses they can take to other destinations as they leave the system. Therefore, it is best to list each destination, and the bus route and exit served. Using paragraphs will make it tiring for the public to find his desired route.--Kylohk 13:03, 13 May 2006 (UTC)Reply

However, a list format is not quite contending to the writing style here. --Deryck C. 15:14, 27 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

Agree with Deryck. Please bear in mind that wikipedia is not a travel guide. A list of buses seems to be pervasive in thes transport articles. It is a "laundry list" and ought to be mown down so that it does not interfere with the encyclopaedic content. Ohconfucius 04:51, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Do you know the Platform 3 is a special platform? It is on the concourse near the way to HOK Station for passengers from HOK to the east of HK Island 218.102.212.22 02:17, 6 August 2007 (UTC) 10.24.563 6-8-07Reply
