edithey - i'm the author. i threw that stuff up last night and was going to organize it all today - you guys move fast! i'm a tour guide here at the château ... there's an article [1] in the french wiki, but there wasn't one in english.
the speil that sounds copyrighted it the first part of the tour. i was taught it when i came to the castle a few months ago. i supposed i could attribute it to the guidebook we have.
otherwise, it does indeed come from my memory! but i'll get on the reference for that guidebook (only in french).

Copyvio?
editTo me this looks like it might be a copyright infringement. Is it a copy-and-paste job or an original article? I'll start wikifying it, but if it's a copyright infringement I'd like to know as soon as possible.
It is also Wikipedia policy to provide references for articles, especially those containing a large amount of information which likely could not come from one person's memory. If the author of the article could provide some references, it would be much appreciated!

I added it for you. If you also have the author name, page numbers, or other info (you can see what's missing when you edit the page) that would help. And another reference might be helpful, if you can find one; the more the merrier! — Editor at Large(speak) 02:48, 10 October 2006 (UTC)
Images
editI hid one of the images for now, because they were starting to overwhelm the text. Once it's fleshed out a little more it can be re-inserted. I also re-arranged the two left over, according to the Manual of Style: pictures should be staggered rather than placed in a row along one side. — Editor at Large ( talk) 03:02, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
