Are you sure you mean this:
"for the lawyer Charles Edward Heley Chadwyck-Healey with remainder to his oldest son" I'd read that as a special remainder excluding his other sons. Did you perhaps just mean it had the standard remainder so the eldest son inherited? Alci1218:04, 8 February 2007 (UTC)Reply
