Line of succession

The article states that there is no provision for succession in case when chairman's position is vacant. That statement is wrong. When the chairman's position is vacant, it is replaced by the chairman's deputies. Now, there is no prescribed provisions for succession when all position of president, chairman and his or her deputies are vacant. Aleksandr Grigoryev (talk) 05:28, 2 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
