Charles & Keith - LVMH Group and Valiram Group
editIt is bizarre that one cannot update that Charles & Keith currently falls under Valiram's brand portfolio[1] while LVMH's outdated 20% stake in Charles & Keith is paraded all over the news in 2023. I wonder why.
- "According to its Wikipedia page, Charles & Keith is considered a luxury group.
- In 2011, Charles and Keith Wong, founders of Charles and Keith, sold a 20 per cent stake to Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) private equity arm, L Capital Asia, for more than US$30 million.
- LVMH owns numerous top fashion labels, including Marc Jacobs, Dior and Givenchy, which are all luxury brands. "[2]
If you read the references, the brand has been mentioned under Valiram since 2017. While it is not explicitly mentioned the exact year they bought back their stakes from LVMH, the Valiram article could shed some light. Need more research, or for them to speak up. Misleading people they are still with LVMH is so wrong.

- Did you fail reading comprehension or is this some incompetent attempt at trolling? In what way did all of the sources imply that Charles & Keith is now under some obscure company named Valiram? Yes, they are no longer under LVMH that because its previous stake was sold BACK to the Wong brothers. All Valiram does is SELLS Charles & Keith products, the same way they do with Michael Kors, Tory Burch LLC, Bulgari, Coach, Hermes, Ralph Lauren, etc, all of which is also shown under their "Brands Gallery". They do NOT own the Charles & Keith or ANY of these companies. They are just a intermediary between matching buyers and sellers. How is it you're failing to understand such a simple business concept? @Bayinshal:, various different IPs and @Justanothersgwikieditor: clearly understood YOUR error but you are so stubborn to continuously add back such nonsense. YOU are the one that is trying to mislead people. Pirata297 (talk) 11:24, 13 January 2023 (UTC)
