Lord Charles Bowen, Baron Bowen was justifiably noted for his many erudite rulings in the British Law Courts. Perhaps his most incisive and verbally economic observation from a legal and socialogical perspective is as follows:

That says it all really. A fine brain must have lived beneath that wig.

I don't mind so much the inaccuracies in the quote, but the lack of attribution is pretty poor.

origin of the text?

Why is "Baron Bowen" included as part of the title on this article? --Bejnar (talk) 03:43, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

I think the name should be "Charles, Baron Bowen"; but "Charles Bowen, Baron Bowen" seems better for searching. 94.30.84.71 (talk) 18:07, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
