With the redevelopment of Plymouth city centre, most notably the demolishing of Charles Cross car park. this article needs updating.

split article

The current article size is 38kb, which is longer than the suggested 32kb limit. I propose that the section on Dr. Robert Hawker be split off to make up its own wikipedia article. His section seems to have more than enough information (almost 700 words!) to become its own article. Lisatwo 02:04, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
