1911 babble. It will be easier to start again. Louis Courajod , Le livre-journal de Lazare Duvaux, Paris, 1873:lvii notes that Cressent in his retirement was making purchases from the marchand-mercier Lazare Duvaux in the decade 1748-58. Cressent's 1757 sale calls him ébéniste des palais de feu S.A.R. Mgrle duc d'Orléans. He was the Regent's house cabinetmaker.
