I added an infobox to this article but it was removed. Everyone please announce your opinions on supporting or opposing an infobox for the article.
Support I support the infobox because it is a convenient location for a lot of information. Also almost every other congressman page on Wikipedia has an infobox with the exceptions being old congressmen whose articles are still stubs. For a matter of consistency to other articles. I feel it should be added. --Jamo58 (talk) 06:17, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
Oppose. Infoboxes are not required. They simply repeat information that is already in the article. Virtually none of the Los Angeles City Council or Los Angeles Common Council articles feature them, unless they were already there at their very beginning. See WP:Disinfobox for more. Thank you for bringing this to the community's attention, but this is simply a change that does not have to be done. GeorgeLouis (talk) 13:32, 15 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
