Always called Charles Homer Haskins. Never called "Charles H. Haskins". See The Haskins Society website. Or ask anyone who's taken a medieval history course at an institution that is not culturally isolated. --Wetman 02:57, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree, "Homer" is more commonly used (except in some culturally isolated Harvard circles!) [1]. -- Stbalbach 03:57, 15 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Medieval Latin

edit

There is an article called Latin poetry at the moment, but it completely neglects medieval Latin poetry, so I guess the current link is better, but Medieval Latin poetry would be better still. The world would be a darker place without it. Srnec (talk) 02:29, 19 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

There are bits in medieval literature and medieval poetry, but a separate article would be useful. Medieval Latin poetry is quite distinct from classical poetry. Adam Bishop (talk) 05:54, 19 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
