Did not become centenarian
editWhere is the source for the belief he lived more than 100 years? According to his article in the History of Parliament for years 1690-1715, he died on 3 November 1695, aged 59 (having been baptized 15 June 1636), having just secured election for Nottingham but "fell sick burgessing".Cloptonson (talk) 21:58, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, this seems to be an error. I've removed this and tried to make a bit of sense of the comments about his family, but it's very vaguely worded. Andrew Gray (talk) 13:20, 19 February 2017 (UTC)
