I came across this Post on his Facebook Page, where it is written within the scenario that he went to University College, Cardiff and earned his Honours Degree in engineering from there. But since Facebook is not declared a proper source, I will not add it to this article.
This is the only result that has come up from the internet with regards to "which university did Charles Milupi attend". So, since no results have been found linking Charles Milupi to the University of Zambia, I am removing the mention of this university from the Infobox. Hopefully, I will find another citation other than this Facebook Post that actually shows where Charles Milupi went for his degree studies; until then, that field should be left blank in the Infobox. @GeographicAccountant Facebook (in this case, self-published content) can be used as a source in an article for uncontroversial issues such as birthday, schools and such. However, this works best for verified accounts with a blue tick. I have checked the pinned post above, and it raises questions if any of its contents may be regarded as facts.
