editSeems more or less correct, the subject is a relative of mine.
Some of the dates of the Civil Service appointments might be confused, but only in terms of the order of portfolios held.
Also, when he was appointed as Ambassador to Japan, he was also Fiji's non-resident Ambassador to both PR China and South Korea.
