Images
editI've unforced all the images per WP:IMGSIZE. We don't force readers to view images at the size you think is correct on your screen but allow the default preferences in their browser to determine the image size. Users of bigger screens may set a larger size but forcing them means they remain the size you decided which can look really bad. Image use guidelines discourage sandwiching prose between images which you have three times. The use of two Panama images really does not add anything to the article in my opinion so you can easily delete one; I would keep the canal and not the map, it's up to you. The remaining sandwiches are your choice on how to fix them. Maybe move some images around a bit or to a different section. It is not my topic so I can't tell you but that is what I would do unless you can remove a few to solve the problem if they are not really necessary. Ask yourself do they add anything to the reader's understanding of the topic by including them. The Standley image and quote also sandwich prose. You may try to do something about that if you can. I will review the images and refine the details as I already did with File:Annualreportofbo1924smit 0461a.jpg. Hope that helps. @Panamaorchids: Good luck. ww2censor (talk) 14:59, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
