While biographical articles on Asian Australians are to be encouraged, I'm not sure that this subject warrants an article based on notability. Most of the references are general in nature, or reflect oral history provided by the subject. His life and roles are generally unremarkable. Hi @WWGB thank you for your feedback and the edits you have made to this page and I do understand your concerns about the notability of this biography. I am hoping, over the next year or so, to add people from the Northern Territory Dictionary of Biography and Charlie is one of the first that I am creating and, as part of this I am hoping to add more about Chinese -Australian people. I am also hoping to add his wife Myrtle Houng On Yee who there is more information available about and is listed as going to be included in the ADB soon.
