Contributor 84.231.167.122 changed her birth year from 1800 to 1780; likely an undetected piece of date vandalism. There are independent sources that give the (more likely) 1800 date; one gives 1799. David Brooks (talk) 01:35, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
On further search, her monument in Berlin clearly says "23. Juni 1799", although all written material, including a published biography in German, has 1800. Unless there was a year realigment at that time that I wsn't aware of, I'm adding a ? to her year in the article. David Brooks (talk) 01:45, 27 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

I recently updated Birch-Pfeiffer's page with references I found. If there are issues let me know. Also, I'm unfamiliar with the Chrisholm 1911 reference if someone can find a back up source that would be great. Gandhi (BYU) (talk) 15:47, 31 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
