Merged discussion from People Management
This indulgent article is almost spammy enough to delete as an advertisement. But since the journal is after all notable. I'm just trimming it. Please note WP:CO and Wikipedia:Business FAQ DGG (talk) 07:46, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
- I notice, to my total amazement, that a duplicate article was written as "People management" and linked to this one. I changed it of course to a redirect. AGF, it was an error. DGG (talk) 08:02, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
- The above has been merged from the former stand-alone article People Management. The article had no significant references, was full of self-promo, and seemed to be non-notable enough to be merged instead of continuing to stand alone. --AbsolutDan (talk) 14:52, 28 September 2008 (UTC)
Original Page
Can someone explain what happen to the original article? this one needs extensive work on it, the referencing is poor, and the cats used are tenuous. I don't stand why if someone has a problem with an article that has had some lifespan as in not created in last few days can speedy delete, worth investigating who did this and perhaps warn for vandalism. I have notice recently people speedy deleting to gain a quota so they can be awarded a barn star.--Pandaplodder (talk) 16:59, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
Wikipedia spam - Fao: over zealous editors
here are the Wikipedia spam guidelines:
There are three types of wikispam: advertisements masquerading as articles, wide-scale external link spamming, and "Wikipedian-on-Wikipedian" spamming or, "canvassing" (also known as "internal spamming" and "cross-posting"). Articles considered advertisements include those that are solicitations for a business, product or service, or are public relations pieces designed to promote a company or individual. Wikispam articles are usually noted for sales-oriented language and external links to a commercial website. However, a differentiation should be made between spam articles and legitimate articles about commercial entities.--Pandaplodder (talk) 17:24, 31 October 2008 (UTC)
Criticisms
I have removed this as the only basis for this argument is a link to a forum web page which doesn't fulfill Wiki criteria.--Pandaplodder (talk) 11:47, 23 September 2009 (UTC) Just to clarify I believe the person who produced this sentence was the same person who started the discussion on that forum.--Pandaplodder (talk) 17:43, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
Qualifications
This section is quite complicated and may take a bit of time to pull together so bear with it.--Pandaplodder (talk) 17:45, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
Ref links
I have started to put in third party referencing, would be good if others could do so as well.--Pandaplodder (talk) 17:45, 25 September 2009 (UTC)
