The result of the move request was: Not moved per strong consensus. (Although, personally, I find the proposal eminently sensible and I wish more people would substantially engage with its reasoning rather than posting a knee-jerk oppose). No such user (talk) 13:26, 3 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

CheddarCheddar (disambiguation) – The primary topic for "cheddar" seems to me to be cheddar cheese. I have not heard of the village Cheddar, Somerset prior to finding it here, and it seems to be a small town. However, I do think that "cheddar cheese" is properly named, so if this is moved, I would propose a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT to the cheese. Note: there was a prior discussion about the PT in 2014. Do you have statistics for this claim? Per pageviews, cheddar cheese is viewed 6x more than the village. I don't know how to track click-through data, but I would suspect that most click-through from landing at the "Cheddar" disambiguation page goes to the cheese. And you would be right! Colby, Wisconsin, Gorgonzola, Milan, Gruyères, Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, Stilton. Natg 19 (talk) 23:40, 28 July 2022 (UTC)(Reply
