This article sucks. In fact I really don't think it should be an article. How about a List of chemical properties instead? ike9898 14:32, Mar 2, 2004 (UTC)
I've always learned that the phase of a substance is a physical property. What gives?
The phase of a substance IS a physical property. This article is incorrect. Water has the same chemical composition regardless of its phase. H20 is H20 as ice, as liquid, and as a gas - thus, a physical change. The difference between these phases is the speed of the molecules, not a chemical difference. In solids, they move very slowly. In liquids, they move faster. In gases, they move faster still.
what?
editThis article includes the phrase "fatness." I don't think that's exactly a word.

I would prefer a list, not two confusing paragraphs — Preceding unsigned comment added by 97.82.104.57 (talk) 03:40, 11 March 2019 (UTC)
