Redundancy in opening paragraph
editThe article opens thus:
"Chief Administrative Officer of the United States House of Representatives (CAO) is the chief administrative officer of the United States House of Representatives…"
This is surely redundant to an almost comical degree. I suggest that it would be better to rephrase, for example along the following lines:
"The Chief Administrative Officer of the United States House of Representatives (CAO) is a senior officer of the United States House of Representatives tasked with carrying out administrative functions for the House, including human resources, information resources, payroll, finance, procurement, and other business services."
