editI would recommend adding some text about the relationship to, connection to or parallel with the position of Chief Knowledge Officer. One difference might be that the Chief Learning Officer focuses on individual learning and individual skills required for specific positions while the Chief Knowledge Officer focuses on group learning and organizational knowledge.
