Is "whose name was plagiarized from CDF by the Bush Administration" really consistent with NPOV? To me, the word "plargiarized," even though accurate, makes the article seem less netural. An expression like "borrowed" or even "appropriated" would, in my opinion, be still accurate but more consistent with NPOV. Hickoryhillster 16:56, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

I agree that "plagarized" might be a little less than neutral so I added in "without permission" and explained the history of Mr. Bush's use of the phrase that is the motto of the Children's Defense Fund.Tamarzt 22:57, 26 February 2007 (UTC)

Maybe I missed it, but a search on "No child left behind" at http://www.copyright.gov/records which is the US Copyright Office and at http://uspto.gov which is the US Trademark Office doesn't show any such phrase registered by the CDF.--Davidwiz (talk) 21:01, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

I found a source which addresses Bush's use of the CDF TRADEMARKED phrase "Leave No Child Behind." [1] This article was written by Dr. Edelman herself. Although I published the article on AC, I had done a ton of research into the topic. The source is relevant to the statement made (and even has other things worthy of being included such as the CNN ad buys). Although I wouldn't consider AC an extremely reliable publication source, there isn't really much conflict of interest (yes, I do get paid $1.50 per 1000 pageviews, and no, I haven't gotten that many pageviews for the article). Needs more NPOV references

There are only three references, and two aren't NPOV. I am certain that there are many good third-party sources available for this article topic! If I remember, I'll try to find some and incorporate.
