Given the inclusion of Taiwanese cuisine and Chinese American cuisine, it is only appropriate to call this article "Chinese Cuisine" and not "Cuisine of China" since America is not a part of China and many people in Taiwan would consider themselves Chinese but not a part of China.--Amerinese 16:46, 17 Apr 2005 (UTC)
