Surname
editSince the end of the German empire after the First World War, royal titles have not been existing in Germany. The ancient royal titles have been integrated into the surname. Hence, the person's surname is Herzog von Oldenburg. Normally you do not translate names. If you did so, chancellor Helmut Kohl would be Mr. Cabbage which is ridiculous. Please change the article in that manner that it isn't misleading concerning non-existing German royal titles anymore, and please change Mr. Herzog von Oldenburg's surname to what it really is and don't use a false translation instead. --Hein Mück (talk) 02:59, 24 February 2018 (UTC)
