Air conditioning
editThe article states "Chris-Town was the first indoor air-conditioned mall built west of the Mississippi River." ...the first enclosed mall, period, is Southdale mall in Edina, MN. If Southdale had air conditioning, then this fact is false since Edina is west of the mississippi (barely). (Corby 14:16, 22 July 2006 (UTC))
I agree that Chris-Town was not the first air conditioned mall west of the Mississippi. The article has been cleaned up to say that it was the first in Arizona. Yorxs (talk) 17:16, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
Grossman Company Properties acquired the mall in 2001?
editThis needs to be fixed. Grossman actually acquired Chris-Town way back in 1965. What happened in 2001 was the name change to "Phoenix Spectrum Mall." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Phoenix1963 (talk • contribs) 19:54, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
This has been fixed so it no longer implys the mall was just purchased by Grossman. Yorxs (talk) 18:22, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
