Agreed, this term is used widely in soil science and ecology as well, so at least the initial definition should be posed more broadly. Much of the existing content is applicable to other fields, so doesn't necessarily need editing but could indeed be expanded.Divemast (talk) 11:58, 30 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
