Chucky reboot movie not a success ?

Am curious how the reboot was not considered a success when it made four-and-a-half times it's budget.

I know other movies that would be ecstatic with that.

I think the most important point is that it was Mancini's speculation, which is his opinion. Another couple of points are that given the production budget is often doubled when including the advertising budget, as well as the fact that overseas gross doesn't make the same amount of profits as domestic, overall a worldwide quadrupling of the production budget isn't a huge success, though I'm sure it made a profit. So overall I think Mancini was right in saying that it probably wasn't the big success they were hoping for, although it had a degree of success. Spoilers in cast section

Can we remove all the deaths of the recurring characters in the cast section? It spoils the season if someone hasn’t seen it and is simply looking at the cast. Intersting (talk) 05:03, 30 November 2021 (UTC)

I'm going to back you up on this if no one objects, and remove both those and some other spoilers. I believe the purpose of the character descriptions is to prepare people to watch the show, not to describe the whole arc of the show, which can be found below.
