edit99% of people thinking of the word "chugging" would be thinking of the activity of drinking, not low frame rates. Besides, we already have an article on frame rates, which covers the topic of frame rates in video games. This article can't stay, so I picked the best redirect for the term chugging, which was Drinking. --Xyzzyplugh 15:03, 21 March 2006 (UTC)
-In agreement with the above, we need to point chugging back at drinking, rather than the current "street fundraising", which has nothing to do with "chugging" that I know of (and does not explain any supposed connection in the article)... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.206.26.72 (talk) 16:02, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
- It's a British term, and (as the refs in the current article show) is now widespread and well understood in Britain, though I tend to think that "chugger" - ie the actual fundraiser - is used more often than "chugging" itself. 81.159.61.104 (talk) 13:05, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
That's odd, the discussion was overwhelmingly in favour of deletion. Thinking about proposing this for a Transwiki to Wikitionary since only the drinking term is defined there and this article is little more than a definition. -- Horkana (talk) 16:23, 15 June 2009 (UTC)
