I tagged this article for copyediting because of "Antifungal nail chelation with critical trivalent cations resulting in downstream effects", which isn't a complete sentence, and "Loss of function of certain catalase and peroxidase enzymes have been implicated the mechanism of action as well as various other components of cellular metabolism", which isn't grammatical.
