Shouldn't Ciel Bleu be merged into Hotel Okura Amsterdam instead of the other way around? It's basically an Okura activity, given that the restaurant doesn't have its own website and reservations go via the hotel.

No, restaurant Ciel Bleu has enough publicity of its own to warrant a separate article. Beside that, Hotel Okura Amsterdam has three restaurants with Michelin stars (and one with Bib Gourmand) should they all be squeezed into an article about a hotel?
