Cincinnatia, Floridobia & Marstonia
editThe genus Cincinnatia has been restricted to its type species, Cincinnatia integra, based on female reproductive anatomy, while the remaining Cincinnatia species have been transferred to the genera Marstonia and Floridobia. See Hershler, Liu & Thompson's 2003 paper Phylogenetic relationships of North American nymphophiline gastropods based on mitochondrial DNA sequences (page 358) and IUCN listings for Floridobia species.
