I kind of struggled with how to succinctly give this district's location. When it was a company town it used "Cinclare, Louisiana", the 1998 NRHP nomination said it was near the Town of Brusly, but the later 911 address uses Port Allen, and some sources give the general location as Baton Rouge. Further complicating things, the Harry L. Laws & Company has significant land holdings across several parishes and those parcels are often referred to informally as part of "Cinclare".
