Large or small?

Such radius is obvious = . Is it error? May be we have to replace large with small?
Read in article "Conjecturally optimal coverings of an equilateral triangle with up to 36 equal circles":
- On the other hand, the dual problem of determining good coverings of an area with n equal circles so that the radius of the circles is as small as possible...
