Inconsistent spelling: Kerckring vs. kerkring; circulares vs. circulates
editThe lead paragraph and the "Composition" section differ from each other. I don't know which is correct. Another possibility is that various spellings are considered acceptable. Oaklandguy (talk) 07:13, 25 January 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Oaklandguy! Even though the article has been through many modifications, I have also noticed spelling discrepancies in the scientific literature. These spelling differences have been referenced in the "History" section. In general, the article now only refers to them as "circular folds" to avoid the nominate and Latin terminology which has varying spellings. Thanks! Bibeyjj (talk) 20:44, 24 January 2021 (UTC)
Plica Circulares
editThe topic was well described, but the Latin Epiphet for the larger folds, plica circularis was not mentioned. As a result, I found this urge to mention it in your article! Ananya Gupta Bhaya (talk) 14:45, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
