Cissé is a French transcription. I believe that English transcriptions of the same name include Sesay, Sise, Seesay, and perhaps some others. Can anyone help verify?--A12n (talk) 14:32, 27 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Need to review whether this name was originally Fula or Manding (or other?). The reference cited indicates only that some (Fula) arɗuɓe did change their surname to Cissé while others did not.--A12n (talk) 11:37, 11 May 2014 (UTC)Reply
