The "Maison Civile du Chef de l’Etat" is not the same as the "Cité de l'Union Africaine", it is a government office supporting the President. See last paragraph of congoprofond article. There is also a "Maison Militaire du Chef de l’Etat". I will move the article to "Cité de l'Union Africaine". Zoocat56 (talk) 18:06, 6 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
Hello @Zoocat56, thanks for flagging that error. When I browsed for a few minutes, I was muddled and thought Laurent-Désiré Kabila might have changed the name to "Maison Civile du Chef de l’État" since when he came to power, he did engage in that ideological crusade.
