Bad contributor put Bernie Madoff back into the Article again. Bernie Madoff was convicted of a Ponze scheme, and his asset seized under criminal asset forfeiture, not civil asset forfeiture.

They also deleted talk section items for comprehensive understanding of Civil and Administrative Asset Forfeiture.
