Fair use rationale for Image:NS logo.jpg
editImage:NS logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

A few standard minor copy tweaks to make, but it's otherwise great. Ping me when done. Sammi Brie (she/her • t • c) 02:21, 14 July 2024 (UTC)
Did you know? If you fancy doing so, I always have plenty of GA nominees to review. Just look for the all-uppercase titles in the Television section. Reviews always appreciated.

editLead
edit- The station serves Clarke Quay and Boat Quay, and other landmarks Try "as well as" instead of the second "and"
- Usually I try to avoid a bit more superfluous connectors, but given in this case as it lists about landmarks...
- Clarke Quay station was completed on 20 June 2003, and the curvilinear features of the station entrances are designed to symbolise the flowing waters of the Singapore River. Consider splitting or removing the ", and" to a semicolon; there is little relation between the sentences.
- Used a full-stop instead.
History
edit- Is there something to point "APG" to?
- The building is just called APG building. There's little other information about it.
- weather sedimentary rocks Is this supposed to be "weathered"?
- Fixed.
- A minor ground settlement at Fort Canning Country Club created a large void above the TBM, hence grout was pumped in to prevent further settlement. Details
edit- "Large" columns instead of "huge"?
- Fixed.
Artwork
edit- The work consists of a 60-metre (200 ft) mural portraying scenes from life on the Singapore River, and an acid-etched brass mural reminiscent of light reflecting from the water. rm unneeded comma
- Fixed.
Sourcing and spot checks
edit- 3: Newspaper image shows the Clarke Quay station on the map.
- 22: The SBS Transit map includes the attractions listed near the station.
- 30: Was able to cross-check this in NewsBank.
The dry toilets work this way during an emergency: If the direct water supply to the shelter's toilets is cut off, people can deposit their human waste in plastic bags, which they then tie and drop in collection bins. These bins will be moved above-ground subsequently. ... Along the North-East Line, only Punggol, Sengkang and Dhoby Ghaut do not have such facilities. ... Many of the earlier shelters used portable or makeshift decontamination chambers. But each of the latest underground shelters along the NE line has several in-built decontamination facilities, including showers, at the station's entrances and concourse areas.
