MurrayGreshler has added titles to some of the honorary patrons. So before, we had "Mary Beard . . . Joanna Lumley . . . Tom Stoppard", whereas now we have "Dame Mary Beard . . . Dame Joanna Lumley . . . Sir Tom Stoppard". This is over the top: Wikipedia doesn't really do titles, and these should be removed.
