Summary merge with no discussion?
editEditing this out doesn't seem to make much sense:
Much of this article is based upon United States policy and procedures but it is important to be aware of the role of the International Atomic Energy Agency, which publishes the Radioactive Waste Safety Standards (RADWASS)
As it stands the article(s),including the one it was "merged" is USA-centric. This was a new article in development which IMO will eventually be much needed. Please restore to my userspace. Thanks Bard गीता 23:52, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
