Would it be possible to make the "Bibliography" section as a subsection of the references? This will show the relation without it appearing to be a misplaced section. The "External links" section shows to be used for the Waldorf Astoria New Yorknavbox template which are Wikipedia links and acceptable as an appendix at the bottom without using an "External links" section. Note: I moved the "Bibliography" section and removed the blank "External links" section as opposed to tagging the article or possibly seeking declassification. Article layout should be standard for even a "Start-class" but certainly for higher classed articles. Otr500 (talk) 16:21, 21 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
