Thanks for the creation and editing. Will start this tommorrow.
This documentary is too small per the former GA review. It has some non cited words, but no one is perfect. I will review and effectively relate non cited words and will seek quick addition to help meet GA.
- I have no objections to expanding anything you see necessary to pass. It has increased by 4k bytes since the last GA review almost a year ago
Copy vio
edit- I am satisfied with this report from Earwig.
- noted thanks
Lead
edit- Generally, the lead is too short for a GA. I was also seeing this: The film was shot under the direction of Lachlan Mcleod.
- The film was directed by Lachlan Mcleod.
- I'll attempt an expansion. I have changed the wording per your recommendation.
- (Just a suggestion): add
"Australia"
to the first title:Clean is an Australian 2022 documentary film about the life of Sandra Pankhurst
- done thanks
Synopsis
edit- Written like copied. Consider reducing line breaks and adjusting related content
- re-written parts. This is my own original writing.
- Pankhurst's mother was forced to give her up. A family who did not want her then adopted her. Pankhurst was evicted at seventeen. Pankhurst was male and later married and had children, but the marriage eventually failed once Pankhurst realised she wished to transition.. Might consider reword:Clean portrays the story of a woman, who was forced to abandon her daughter, Pankhurst. After leaving, the child was adopted by another family, though was not necessary. (Can be, "they didn't want a child/him). At seventeen, the male child, Pankhurst was evicted to the street. He sought for life and later, married and had children. Like the agony of life, the marriage eventually failed, when Pankhurst realised the woman he married, wished to transition.
- I re-wrote parts, but this sounds more like a film review than neutral enyclopaedia.
cast
edit- The cast is too short. Consider merging or removing per MOS:CASTLIST
- nothing in that MOS section precludes a short castlist? It states
A film may have an ensemble cast, or only a handful of actors. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information, so try to name the most relevant actors and roles that are most appropriate for the film:
. Seems fine to just list the two primary cast members?
- nothing in that MOS section precludes a short castlist? It states
Production
edit- David Elliot-Jones and Charlotte Wheaton of Walking Fish Productions produced Clean.
- Consider citing. Or removing
- cited
- Do we leave that Walking Fish Productions like that. You can at your own discretion, place an in-site-tag for red linking— I do suggest that.
- I already cited, and I did not red-link this as I dont think it's a notable production company? But I will if you prefer.
- In general, do place an IMDb title as ext link, and any other relevant link.

Spot checks: source analysing
edit- Source2 Done
- Source3 Not done: removed it from the sentence
At this time, he had not read The Trauma Cleaner: One Woman's Extraordinary Life in Death, Decay & Disaster book documenting Pankhurst's life, released in 2017 and written by Sarah Krasnostein.
It's a primary source and replace with a secondary source.
- thanks. I removed that source entirely. That entire paragraph is substantiated with the one citation already used.
- Source4 Done I am much concern with their Editorial policy and well cited too.
- Source5 Done
- Source6 Done: replace the shortened "the Guardian" to "The Guardian and link it, since there are other "The Guardian" newspapers!
- Source7 Done
Fionnuala Halligan of Screen Daily considered the re-enactment scenes to be a negative in the film, calling them a "let down for a cast of characters who are so determinedly real."
Link the "Screen Daily".

...certainly a tribute to [Pankhurst]."

- Done, thanks!
I can't find any fault with the article and vitally can be looked to represent small articles written well and cited with SIGCOV & RS. The issues I pointed above have been addressed and all is now good. Dig in when you see any good that will improve the article. To the nominator, you are an awesome Wikipedian and thanks for your great contribs. I feel happiest you do the best! All the Best! Otuọcha (talk) 00:06, 3 April 2024 (UTC)
- MaxnaCarta: If you don't mind, can fancy in to reviewing. I have many from WikiProject Nigeria/ Language & Literature! All the Best! Otuọcha (talk) 00:08, 3 April 2024 (UTC)
